My data - where does it live?
On your device. Only your device. Your Baseline doesn't have a server. There's no account, no cloud, nothing leaving your phone.
I completed a task and it disappeared.
Make sure you're on the latest version of the app. This was a bug in early builds that's been fixed. If it's still happening, email us with what type of task it was and we'll sort it out.
Can I move my data to a new phone?
Yes - use the Export function in Settings to save a copy of your data, then import it on your new device. iCloud backup also captures Your Baseline's local storage automatically if you have it enabled.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Pro Monthly and Annual subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your phone → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Your Baseline → Cancel. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. The free tier always remains available.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for Pro subscriptions or the Lifetime purchase are handled by Apple - go to reportaproblem.apple.com. We'll never fight a refund request.
