Common questions

My data — where does it live?

On your device. Only your device. Baseline doesn't have a server. There's no account, no cloud, nothing leaving your phone.

I completed a task and it disappeared.

Make sure you're on the latest version of the app. This was a bug in early builds that's been fixed. If it's still happening, email us with what type of task it was and we'll sort it out.

Can I move my data to a new phone?

Yes — use the Export function in Settings to save a copy of your data, then import it on your new device. iCloud backup also captures Baseline's local storage automatically if you have it enabled.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Baseline is a one-time purchase with no subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple — go to reportaproblem.apple.com. We'll never fight a refund request.

Something's broken / I have a feature idea.

Email us. We actually read it and most of the best features have come from users. We can't promise to build everything but we respond to everything.
